baji lave is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between baji lave and all its users. To open an account at baji lave, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is registered with incorrect or false information, it may be closed at any time. The user bears full responsibility for the information provided at the time of registration.

2.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

baji lave currently supports transactions through the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3.1 — Deposit Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. When making a deposit, use the correct account number and reference details — baji lave is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 — Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

3.3 — Transaction Terms

• Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are prohibited.
• In the case of unusual transaction patterns, baji lave may request additional information for verification.
• The right to suspend suspicious transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering policy is reserved.

baji lave offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own applicable conditions, and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and before withdrawing you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 (25x wagering requirement). Bonus funds are not direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit; otherwise they will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless the terms state otherwise.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement on a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• If there is evidence of any bonus abuse or manipulation, the right to close the relevant account is reserved.
• baji lave reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 — Right to Cancel Bets

If any bet or game round is affected by a technical error, server issue, or data error, baji lave reserves the right to cancel or void that round. In such cases, the stake involved will be returned.

5.2 — Manipulation and Fraud Prohibited

Exploiting software bugs, using bots or automated software, colluding with other players, and any kind of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5.3 — Sports Betting Special Terms

For bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports, if a match is abandoned, suspended, or completed outside the scheduled time, baji lave's decision on the outcome of that bet is final. For live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds stated on the accepted bet apply.

baji lave's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.

VIP tier upgrades or downgrades depend entirely on baji lave's internal assessment. No guarantee is given of remaining at any particular tier. The account must be active and verified to receive cashback.

baji lave reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason and at any time without prior notice. Accounts may be closed in the following circumstances in particular:

• On instruction from law enforcement agencies.
• At the user's own request.
